作者报告4例由花生米诱发的严重过敏反应.4例患者均系男性,年龄15~23岁,既往均有对坚果(胡桃、花生)过敏史。4例中的2例因进食含花生的膳食而致过敏反应,临床表现为气喘、呕吐、发绀等,经抡救无效以致呼吸心跳停止.尸检显示急性哮喘的特征。第3例进食含花生的干调味品后数分钟,出现全身抽搐,随后心跳呼吸停止.经采用气管插管、心脏按摩、静注肾上腺素等急救措施,患者恢复了窦性节律,转危为安。第4例同样有哮喘和对坚果过敏史,因误食一块含坚果的蛋糕而致过敏反应,但症状较上述3例为轻。
The authors report four cases of severe allergic reactions induced by peanuts. All four patients were male, aged 15 to 23 years old and had a history of allergy to nuts (walnuts and peanuts). Two of the four patients developed anaphylactic reaction due to eating a peanut-containing diet, and their clinical manifestations were asthma, vomiting, cyanosis, etc. Respiratory beating was stopped after being exhaled. The third case of eating dried condiments containing peanut a few minutes after the emergence of generalized convulsions, followed by heartbeat stopped by tracheal intubation, cardiac massage, intravenous epinephrine and other first aid measures, the patient returned to sinus rhythm, turning critically ill. The fourth case also had asthma and allergic reactions to nuts. It was an allergic reaction to eating a cake containing nuts, but the symptoms were mild compared with the three cases described above.
