患者56岁，排尿困难、尿痛、尿流变细25年，伴阴囊瘘尿20年。于1980年4月11日入院。25年前突然发生排尿困难，尿痛，尿流变细。24年前出现尿流中断，间有肉眼血尿。20年前上述症状加重。同时伴有畏寒、发热，阴囊疼痛、红肿，经当地医院用青、链霉素等治疗，全身症状好转，而阴茎根部阴囊中缝的双侧皮肤坏死，形成溃疡。以后有尿液和脓液溢出，自此排尿困难和尿痛症状减轻。近因阴囊炎症严重，在当地医院治疗无效来院就诊。既往无尿石史。
