目的:研究雪松Cedrus deodara松针二氯甲烷提取物的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶和Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱方法对其化学成分进行分离和纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从雪松松针95%乙醇提取物的二氯甲烷萃取部位分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:豆甾醇(1)、齐墩果酸(2)、对羟基苯甲醛(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、丁香脂素(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、对羟基苯甲酸(7)、没食子酸甲酯(8)、没食子酸(9)。结论:除了化合物4外,其余8个化合物均为首次从该属植物针叶中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Cedrus deodara pine needles dichloromethane extract. Methods: The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Nine compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of cedar pine needles and identified as: stigmasterol (1), oleanolic acid (2), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (3) Sitosterol (4), melatonin (5), daucosterol (6), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (7), methyl gallate (8) and gallic acid (9). Conclusion: Except for compound 4, the other 8 compounds were isolated from the genus Conifers for the first time.
