我厂是一座大型石油化工企业,拥有固定资产8.5亿元,各类设备15501(台套),为完成生产任务和企业的发展提供了雄厚的物质技术基础。开工19年来,累计加工原油4850万吨;完成产值137.66亿元;实现利税51.78亿元,为国家做出了应有的贡献。 近几年来,我们贯彻落实《全民所有制工业交通企业设备管理条例》,推行设备综合管理,机械动力部门积极参与设备前期管理工作,参加了我厂设备更新改造和新建工程中大量的设计审查、设备选型、订货、监造和进厂验收及安装调试工作。仅重油催化裂化等三套新建装置验收压力容器400台,其中加氢制氢的进口热壁反应器索赔一项,即为国家挽回损失61.5万美元。这些都大大提高了设备的可靠性。同时,我们对设备进行改造与更新,使全厂设备的新度系数由1986年的0.43提高到1989年的0.629;推行以“岗位责任制大检查”为主要手段的设备全员管理;完善规章制度,不断加强设备的基础工作。
