目的构建伤害生存质量量表(IQOL),并对其信度及效度进行分析,为伤害生存质量的研究提供科学合理的测量工具。方法采用文献分析法、小组讨论法拟定IQOL初稿;通过现场调查法收集数据,应用Cronbach’sα系数法、探索性因子分析、相关系数法评价问卷信度及效度。结果 IQOL包含生理领域、独立性领域、心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域等5个维度,有22个条目。量表的内部一致性信度系数为0.76~0.95。KMO=0.91,Bartlett球形检验χ2=3 949.42,P<0.00;5个公因子累积贡献率为77.07%,各条目在其所属领域的因子载荷均>0.40。量表的校标效度系数为0.58~0.90,均P<0.05。结论编制的IQOL具有较好的信度、效度,可以作为伤害生存质量研究的测量工具。
Objective To construct an injury quality of life scale (IQOL) and analyze its reliability and validity so as to provide a scientific and reasonable measurement tool for the study of injury quality of life. Methods The first draft of IQOL was drawn up by literature analysis and panel discussion method. The data were collected by on-the-spot investigation. Cronbach’s α coefficient method, exploratory factor analysis and correlation coefficient method were used to evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Results IQOL contained five dimensions of physiological field, independence field, psychological field, social relations field and environmental field, with 22 entries. The scale of internal consistency reliability coefficient of 0.76 ~ 0.95. KMO = 0.91, Bartlett’s spherical test χ2 = 3 949.42, P <0.00. The cumulative contribution rate of five common factors was 77.07%, and the factor loading of each item in their respective fields was> 0.40. The calibration validity coefficient of scale was 0.58 ~ 0.90, all P <0.05. Conclusion IQOL prepared with good reliability and validity, can be used as a measurement tool to study the quality of life injury.
