The trajectory of a person’s life has a series of question marks, followed by a series of choices to deal with. A company is faced with numerous crises and transitions, followed by countless decisions. Regardless of decision-making, the speed of decision-making is crucial in such an ever-changing era. Rapid decision-making is typical of many good managers. George Fisher rarely hesitates and usually makes decisions on the spot. For a company that is overstaffed, rigid and slow to make decisions, this is indeed a change. Fisher is a person willing to adopt the 70/30 rule. This rule believes that if there is a 70% chance of winning, it should be decided quickly. If there is only a 50% chance of winning, it is not suitable for the next battle to challenge the existing strong enemies of the market; if there is a 90% chance of winning, in the era of digital competition, it may not be long before.
