以ZnCl_2、CoCl_2·6H_2O和NaOH为原料,采用水热法制备了Co/ZnO复合材料。通过XRD、SEM等方法对制备的复合材料进行结构及形貌表征。并以Co/ZnO为光催化剂,考察其对有机污染物亚甲基蓝的光催化降解性能。结果表明:过渡金属离子Co的掺入并不影响ZnO晶相的形成,Co/ZnO复合材料仍为六方晶系纤锌矿结构,且掺杂过渡金属离子Co可有效提高ZnO对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解性能,最高降解率可达到95.5%。
Co / ZnO composites were prepared by hydrothermal method using ZnCl 2, CoCl 2 · 6H 2 O and NaOH as raw materials. The structure and morphology of the prepared composites were characterized by XRD, SEM and other methods. The photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutant methylene blue was investigated with Co / ZnO as photocatalyst. The results show that the incorporation of transition metal ions Co does not affect the formation of ZnO crystalline phase, the Co / ZnO composite is still hexagonal wurtzite structure, and the addition of transition metal ions Co can effectively improve the photocatalytic activity of ZnO on methylene blue Degradation performance, the highest rate of degradation can reach 95.5%.
