目的:编制医学院校大学生就业焦虑应对方式问卷,并检验其信效度。方法:根据大学生就业焦虑应对策略的理论结构,采用开放式问卷收集条目,随机抽取600名徐州医学院医学专业3-5年级,理学专业2-4年级学生进行调查,其中36份问卷在2周后重新施测,对调查结果进行统计分析,考察问卷的信度和效度。结果 :问卷由24个条目组成,分为积极应对和消极应对2个维度。相关分析发现同维度各条目间显著相关(P<0.05),而不同维度条目间相关性则较低,验证性因素分析发现,KMO=0.876,Bartlett球度检验P<0.001,信度检验结果表明Cronbach’sα系数均大于0.8。结论:医学院校大学生就业焦虑应对方式问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可用于测量医学院校大学生就业焦虑的应对方式。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare a questionnaire on job anxiety coping styles among medical college students and test its reliability and validity. Methods: According to the theoretical structure of college students’ employment anxiety coping strategies, 600 open-ended questionnaires were collected and randomly selected from 3-5 grades of Xuzhou Medical College majors and Grade 2-4 students of science specialty. Among 36 questionnaires, After re-test, the statistical analysis of the survey results to examine the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Results: The questionnaire consists of 24 items, divided into two types: positive response and negative response. Correlation analysis showed significant correlations between items of the same dimension (P <0.05), while the correlation between items of different dimensions was low. According to the confirmatory factor analysis, KMO was 0.876 and Bartlett’s test of sphericity was P <0.001. The reliability test showed that Cronbach’s α coefficient is greater than 0.8. Conclusion: The questionnaire of college students’ employment anxiety coping style has good reliability and validity, which can be used to measure the coping style of employment anxiety among college students in medical college.
