共产党员窦铁成仅有初中学历,却自学掌握了大量电力学知识,记下了60余本、百万余字的工作学习日记。在工作28年中,他提出实施设计变更6次,解决技术难题52项,排除送电运行故障310次,为企业创造和节约价值1380万元,被同事们称为“电力专家”。他虽是一名普通的电力工,却凭借丰富的实践经验和高超技能,负责安装铁路变配电所38个,全部一次性验收通过,一次性送电成功,均获得优质工程荣誉。他是陕西省电力工技能大赛的状元,带出的高徒包揽了全省前三名,获团体冠军。 Dou Tiecheng, a Communist Party member, only had junior high school education, but learned a great deal of knowledge of electrodynamics by himself and wrote down more than 60 diaries and work-study diaries with more than one million words. Although he is an ordinary electrician, he is in charge of installing 38 railway substations with rich practical experience and superb skills. All of them have passed the one-time acceptance test and passed the one-time power transmission successfully, all of which have won the honors of high-quality projects. He is the champion of Shaanxi electrician skill contest, brought out the top three in the province, won the group championship.
