对生产经营方面的工作绩效,可以通过硬性的量化指标来评价。而思想政治工作方面的工作绩效因以意识形态为主,难以科学、系统地量化其工作指标,因而对其绩效的评价很难全面准确地把握,影响了思想政治工作的开展和作用的发挥。广西省电力有限公司以勇于创新的精神,在实践的基础上,建立并实施了思想政治工作综合评价体系。
The work performance in production and management can be evaluated by hard quantitative indicators.
