(一) 我们众多的经济工作者对WTO了解甚少。某单位最近一项对企业经营者的调查显示,对世贸组织规则了解很少或一无所知的企业经营者占90％以上,只有3.2％的企业经营者对世贸组织相关条款非常了解(参见经济日报社《经济新闻研究》2001年第1、2期第23页)。这么多经营者不了解或不甚了解世贸组织的规则,又怎么能遵循这些规则去参与竞争?
(A) Many of our economic workers have little understanding of the WTO. A recent survey of business operators by an organization showed that more than 90% of business operators knew little or nothing about WTO rules and only 3.2% knew very well about the relevant WTO provisions (see Economic Daily “Economic News Research” 2001 the first two period p. 23). So many operators do not understand or do not understand the WTO rules, how to follow these rules to compete?
