为深入分析我国民航飞行员疲劳安全风险,建立符合我国民航特点的飞行员疲劳数据库,基于美国航空安全报告系统(ASRS)发布的飞行机组疲劳报告,采用语义网络分析的方法,研究200份机组疲劳事件报告中飞行员疲劳发生的时间、诱发因素、直接原因、人为因素、贡献因素及引发的后果,建立飞行疲劳事件语义网络图。用这个网络图,以飞行疲劳为起点,按照向前追溯疲劳原因和向后推演疲劳后果的步骤,实例分析美国UPS公司的货机坠毁事故。结果表明,应用飞行疲劳事件语义网络图,能够快速分析得出事故中飞行员疲劳发生时间特征、诱发因素、直接原因、人为因素、贡献因素和可能引发的后果。
In order to deeply analyze the fatigue safety risk of civil aviation pilots in our country and establish a database of pilot fatigue that accords with the characteristics of civil aviation of our country, based on the fatigue report of flight crew released by the American Aviation Safety Reporting System (ASRS), semantic network analysis method is used to study 200 unit fatigue event reports In the pilot fatigue time, evoked factors, direct causes, human factors, contributing factors and the consequences of the establishment of the semantic network of flight fatigue events. Using this network diagram, taking flight fatigue as a starting point, an example was taken to analyze the cargo plane crashes at UPS of the United States in accordance with the steps of retrofitting the causes of fatigue and deducing the fatigue consequences. The results show that applying the semantic network diagram of flight fatigue events can quickly analyze the time characteristics of pilots’ fatigue, inducing factors, direct causes, human factors, contributing factors and possible consequences in the accident.
