The current cathode material LiNi_ (0.5) Mn_ (1.5) O_4 attracts much attention because of its high voltage potential (about 4.7V), considerable battery capacity and better cycling performance. The structure, preparation and preparation of LiNi_ (0.5) Mn_ (1.5) O_4 and modification of LiNi_ (0.5) Mn_ (1.5) O_4 doping, coating and morphological changes are mainly described.
