推土机近两年来,随着我国铁路、公路、桥梁以及各种大型高层建筑工程投资规模的不断扩大,对桩基础的要求越来越高,旋挖钻机凭借其优越的桩基施工性能在各大工程中得到广泛应用,其广阔的市场发展前景,一时间在国内引起了一股“旋挖钻”热潮。特别是随着哈大线、京沪线等高速铁路的开工,旋挖钻机越来越受到行业的追捧,工程机械各生产企业纷纷角逐这一领域。据中国工程机械工业协会桩工机械分会统计,2008年旋挖钻机销售超过900台,同比2007年增长62%。其中三一重工销售350台,中联重科销售92台,山河智能销售80台,宇通重工销售72台,2009年1-2月,三一重工、山河智能和中联重科销售分别约为80台、60台和34台。三一重工计划2009年全年销售700～800台(比2008年增长一倍)。2004年以前,我国旋挖钻机产品主要依赖进口,以意大利士力公司、迈特公司及德国宝峨公司为主。目前,国内比较有竞争实力的旋挖钻机生产厂商主要有三一重工、中联重科、山河智能、宇通重工、徐工筑路等企业,本刊将选取以上企业的200kN·m旋挖钻机进行介绍。
