图1所示不锈钢拉杆是切削加工的,攻螺纹时山于孔深,排屑困难,丝锥易折断,因此成为生产上的关键。现改为用φ6毫米的不锈钢管冷缩成型,并将螺纹长度由22毫米减到7毫米。使用通用丝锥攻制螺纹,丝锥的耗消量减少了80%,而且节约了长杆的专用丝锥。工艺改变后的工件如图2所示,零件重量减轻了50%以上,原材料节约78%,提高工效4倍,取得了明显的经济技术效果。
