吸烟对胃酸分泌的影响,过去的研究结果是不一致的。最近作者的实验指出,吸烟对基础胃酸分泌呈双相性作用,先是暂时升高,继而又暂时的轻度下降。由于已证明吸烟抑制胰腺对碳酸氢盐的分泌,因此最后乃致十二指肠球部产生高酸度。作者为了解吸烟时碳酸氢盐和酸分泌的改变对十二指肠球部pH值的影响而作此研究,因考虑到基础胃酸对球部pH值的影响,故将实验对象分为正常分泌组(每小时基础胃酸低于3 mEq)和高分泌组(每小时基础胃酸超过3 mEq),每组各10例。5例高分泌者原先曾经X光和/或内窥镜证实有胄溃疡,但现无活动性溃疡灶。10例正常分泌组无任何溃疡病和胃肠病史。受检者均先作胃液分析,然后插入pH电极计
The effect of smoking on gastric acid secretion, the results of the previous study is inconsistent.
