目的:研究氧化苦参碱(OMT)对大鼠冠脉结扎诱发实验性急性心肌梗死的保护作用。方法:采用结扎SD大鼠冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)6h复制大鼠实验性急性心肌梗死模型。血流动力学指标分析心功能;心电图J点位移和NBT染色法分析心肌梗死范围(坏死及缺血范围);比色法测定血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)活性。结果:OMT 50mg/kg组能明显改善大鼠冠脉结扎后诱发急性心肌梗死心功能的紊乱;减轻结扎冠状动脉致心肌损伤范围、减小心肌梗死率;抑制心肌梗死大鼠心电图J点位移的升高;降低心肌梗死大鼠血清中CK、LDH活性。结论:OMT对大鼠冠状动脉结扎诱发实验性急性心肌梗死血流动力学具有显著的改善作用,对心肌梗死具有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of oxymatrine (OMT) on experimental acute myocardial infarction induced by coronary artery ligation in rats. Methods: Experimental acute myocardial infarction model was established in rats by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) of SD rats for 6 hours. Hemodynamics was used to analyze the cardiac function; Electrocardiogram J point displacement and NBT staining were used to analyze the range of myocardial infarction (necrosis and ischemia range); LDH, CK, active. Results: OMT 50 mg / kg group could significantly improve the cardiac function disorder induced by acute coronary artery ligation in rats after ligation of coronary artery, relieve the myocardial damage caused by ligation of coronary artery, reduce the myocardial infarction rate, inhibit J point displacement of myocardial infarction Increase; reduce myocardial infarction rat serum CK, LDH activity. CONCLUSION: OMT can significantly improve the hemodynamics of experimental acute myocardial infarction induced by ligation of coronary artery in rats, which may have a protective effect on myocardial infarction.
