聚丙烯是一类重要的通用塑料,主要用于汽车工业、家用电器、电子、包装及建材家具等领域。在现有聚丙烯工业生产中,通常加入外给电子体来影响丙烯聚合过程,达到调控产品物理性能的目的。本文对丙烯聚合中硅烷类外给电子体及其复配技术进行了综述,并对外给电子及其复配技术在聚丙烯新产品开发上的应用进行了分析。
Polypropylene is an important class of general purpose plastics, mainly used in the automotive industry, household appliances, electronics, packaging and building materials furniture and other fields. In the existing industrial production of polypropylene, the external electron donor is often added to affect the polymerization process of propylene, so as to achieve the purpose of regulating the physical properties of the product. In this paper, the external donors of silanes in propylene polymerization and its compounding technology are reviewed. The application of external electron and its compounding technology in the development of new polypropylene products is also analyzed.
