0 概述重庆人民大会堂舞台由13个升降舞台组成,其中4个为乐池升降舞台,其余9个为主席台(演出用)升降舞台,13个升降舞台全部采用进口威格士液压缸驱动,液压缸内置位置传感器实时检测缸的位移来确定升降台的上升下降。该控制系统要求13个升降台能单动,亦可同时选择最多4个升降台进行同步、同速运动,由于该液压缸驱动升降台采用剪刀撑形式,这就要求建立液压缸位移量与升降台台面之间的数学模型(函数关系)满足上位操作员界面对升降舞台的直观显示及舞台升降的直接确定。1 系统硬件构成及工作原理
