本文运用现代化管理的基本原理,结合当前企业质量管理的实际情况,探索企业质量管理体制改革的路子,以适应我国经济体制改革的要求。阐述质量管理体制的适应性、质量管理的系统性、质量保证体系的协调性、质量管理的闭环控制、质量信息和信息反馈、质量管理的能级以及质量工作的动力等。运用机构、法和人这三个管理手段改革质量管理体制,充分发挥管理机能,管好人、财、物、时间和信息,使质量管理体制成为一个有机的整体,以达到提高产品质量的目的。
This article uses the basic principles of modern management, combined with the actual situation of the current enterprise quality management, to explore the path of enterprise quality management system reform to meet the requirements of China’s economic restructuring. Explain the adaptability of the quality management system, the systematization of quality management, the coordination of the quality assurance system, the closed-loop control of quality management, quality information and information feedback, the energy level of quality management, and the motivation of quality work. The use of institutions, law and people as the three management tools to reform the quality management system, give full play to management capabilities, manage people, finance, materials, time and information, so that the quality management system into an organic whole, in order to achieve the purpose of improving product quality.
