一、快速测定粘土砖标号的研究和应用快速测定粘土砖的标号,是粘土砖生产和土建施工中一直在研究的课题。现已采用的速测方法,有破损性的侧面承压法和非破损性的回弹法两种,但均没有考虑抗折强度的因素。由于生产的需要,从1977年开始,我们对普通粘土砖的速测方法进行了一些试验研究,结果表明:第一,速测方法必须考虑抗折强度的因素。以77年7~12月的100组试验为例,其中,抗压、抗折强度趋于同一标号的46组,抗压标号高于抗折标号的27
First, the rapid determination of clay brick labeling and application of rapid determination of the number of clay bricks, clay brick production and civil construction has been the subject of research. The rapid measurement methods that have been adopted include two kinds of damaged side pressure method and non-destructive rebound method, but none of them consider the factors of flexural strength. Due to the need of production, from 1977, we conducted some experiments on the rapid measurement method of common clay bricks. The results show that: First, the rapid measurement method must consider the factors of flexural strength. Take 100 sets of tests from July to December in the year of 77 as an example. Among them, the compressive and flexural strength tends to the same group of 46, and the compression resistance is higher than that of the flexural resistance.
