为探索APP改性沥青油毡作为旧水泥路面沥青加铺层间结构的防裂机理及效果,进行了层间水平拉伸试验、实体工程验证及现场芯样的直剪试验。研制了层间水平拉伸试验台,对其机械组成及工作原理进行了阐述,并将APP油毡作为层间材料进行了水平拉伸试验,表明试验机具有良好的机械性能,且APP油毡具有比其它材料良好的层间防裂性能。将APP油毡应用于试验路,现场钻芯验证了APP油毡具有良好的层间粘结及工作性能。用现场所取芯样的直剪试验表明,有APP油毡夹层芯样剪切破坏位移为7.5 mm,比无油毡夹层时多3.0 mm。试验结果表明:APP改性沥青油毡路用性能良好,作为夹层结构防止旧水泥路面沥青加铺层反射裂缝效果明显。
In order to explore the mechanism and effect of APP modified asphalt felt as anti-cracking mechanism of asphalt overlay on old cement pavement, the horizontal tensile test, physical engineering verification and direct shear test of on-site core sample were carried out. The test results show that: APP modified asphalt felt road performance is good, as a sandwich structure to prevent the old cement pavement asphalt overlay reflective cracking effect is obvious.
