以文献资料、问卷调查为主要研究方法,对江苏省业余体校教练员的职业倦怠状况进行调查。研究发现江苏省业余体校教练员存在职业倦怠较为严重,并体现出女性教练员职业倦怠状况教之男性程度为高,低职称级别教练员职业倦怠高于高职称,高学历教练员高于低学历教练员的特征。研究提出了:树立以人为本的教练员管理模式,为教练员的提高素养创造条件和完善教练员激励机制等发展对策。
With literature and questionnaires as the main research methods, this paper investigates the occupational burnout of amateur sports school coaches in Jiangsu Province. It is found that the occupational burnout is serious in amateur sports school coaches in Jiangsu Province. And it shows that the male coaches’ job burnout status is high, the low job title coaches occupational burnout is higher than the high job title, and highly educated coaches are higher than those with low education Coach characteristics. The research put forward: to establish a people-oriented coaches management model, to improve the quality of coaches to create conditions and improve coach coaching incentives and other development measures.
