《学记》曰:“学然后知不足,教然后知困。知不足,然后能自反也;知困,然后能自强也。”美国学者波斯纳提出了教师成长的公式:教师的成长=经验+反思。然而,事实上很多教师对于教学反思敷衍了事,重视不足,主动反思意识不强;对需要进行哪方面的反思和怎样反思尚未有明确的认知,本文笔者重点围绕这三方面谈谈个人肤浅认识。一、强化个体主动反思意识教学反思是教学双边活动不可缺少的重要组成部分,于教学而言,是教师检验教学策略是否合理、教学目标是否可行、教
