绿色就业有利于实现充分就业,促进社会稳定;有利于更新就业观念,促进就业公平;有利于优化产业结构,促进持续发展。在社会稳定视域下,绿色就业具有解危性、低碳性、创新性和兼容性等特征。传统就业观念的束缚,现行法规体系的滞后,多头交叉管理的困惑,绿色就业成本的制约,产业结构调整的阵痛。全面推进大学生绿色就业是一项系统工程,具有长期性、复杂性和艰巨性,需要积极借鉴欧美国家先进经验,不断完善绿色就业法规体系,优化产业结构,大力开展绿色就业技能培训,创新绿色就业观念普及教育。,Green jobs are conducive to full employment and social stability, also updating the concept of employment and promotion of employment equity, helping optimize the industrial structure and promoting sustainable development. Green jobs have the characteristics of defusing the crisis, low-carbon, innovation and compatibility features in view of social stability. At present, China still face a series of dififculties for developing green jobs, for example, old-fashioned ideas, laws and regulations lag, management disorder, cost control, the slow transformation of the industrial structure. It is a systematic project for developing university students green jobs, with long-term, complex and arduous nature. Our country needs to actively le from the advanced experience of developed countries, and constantly improves the legal system for green jobs, optimizes the industrial structure, vigorously develops green job skills training.
