1 滨州地区农业用水现状 滨州市地处鲁北平原,人均占有耕地约0.12hm~2,高出全国平均水平,农业开发潜力巨大。但该区水资源比较贫乏。当地水资源量仅为11.52亿m~3,其中地表水5.7亿m~3,地下水5.82亿m~3。全区人均占有水资源量为327m~3,为全省人均量的77.8%,为全国人均量的13.6%。全区农田总灌溉面积38.93万hm~2,有效灌溉面积28.53万hm~2,而节水灌溉面积不足总灌溉面积的5%,农业灌溉水利用系数仅在0.5左右。因此,推广先进的节水灌溉,是解决农业用水供需矛盾的有效途径。
1 Status of Agricultural Water in Binzhou Binzhou is located in the Lubei Plain, with per capita arable land of about 0.12hm ~ 2, which is higher than the national average and has huge potential for agricultural development. However, the area is poor in water resources. The amount of local water resources is only 1.152 billion m ~ 3, of which surface water is 570 million m ~ 3 and groundwater is 582 million m ~ 3. The per capita amount of water resources in the region is 327m ~ 3, which is 77.8% of the per capita volume of the whole province and 13.6% of the national per capita volume. The total irrigated area of farmland is 389,300 hm ~ 2, effective irrigation area is 285,300 hm ~ 2, while the area of water-saving irrigation is less than 5% of the total irrigated area, and the irrigation water utilization coefficient is only about 0.5. Therefore, the promotion of advanced water-saving irrigation is an effective way to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of agricultural water.
