目的 观察补骨胶囊防治大鼠去睾丸致骨质疏松的作用及其机理的探讨。方法 2 1只 3月半龄 SD雄性大鼠 ,随机分成年龄对照组、去睾丸组和补骨胶囊用药组 (含淫羊藿 ,黄芪 ,白术 )按 5ml· kg-1· d-1ig,持续 90天。实验结束 ,取胫骨近心端行不脱钙骨制片进行骨组织形态计量学分析。结果 去睾丸 90天大鼠的骨量与年龄对照组相比明显下降 (骨小梁面积百分率 % Tb.Ar- 50 % ) ;补骨胶囊用药组骨量高于去睾丸组 ( % Tb.Ar+59% ) ,但未达到年龄对照组的水平。结论 补骨胶囊能部分的防止去睾丸引起的骨丢失
Objective To observe the effect and mechanism of Bugu capsule in preventing and treating osteoporosis induced by testes in rats. METHODS: A 3-month-old SD male rat was randomly divided into an age control group, a detesticle group, and a Binggu capsule group (containing Epimedium, Radix Astragali, and Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz) by 5 ml·kg-1·d-1ig. 90 days. At the end of the experiment, do not decalcify the bones of the proximal end of the tibia to perform bone histomorphometric analysis. Results Compared with the age control group, the amount of bone in the testis 90 days old rats was significantly decreased (percentage of trabecular area % Tb.Ar - 50%); bone volume in the Binggu capsule group was higher than that in the testicle group (% Tb.Ar +59% ), but did not reach the level of the age control group. Conclusion Bugu capsule can partially prevent bone loss caused by testicular loss
