“治未病”思想在中西医结合防治股骨头坏死中的指导作用

股骨头坏死是由多种病因引起的股骨头血液供应破坏或骨细胞变性导致骨的活性成分(包括骨细胞、骨髓造血细胞和脂肪细胞)死亡,继而导致股骨头结构改变、股骨头塌陷和功能障碍的疾患。它是临床常见疑难性疾病,严重危害人类的健康。由于发病较为隐匿,早期常无症状,容易失去早期干预的最佳时机。在长期的中西医结合防治股骨头坏死的临床、科研工作中,笔者认识到积极运用中医学“治未病”思想来指导股骨 Avascular necrosis of the femoral head is the result of the destruction of the blood supply of the femoral head or the degeneration of osteocytes caused by a variety of etiologies leading to the death of the active components of the bone (including bone cells, bone marrow hematopoietic cells and adipocytes), which in turn leads to changes in the structure of the femoral head, collapse and function of the femoral head Obstacle disorders.
