采用活体肾细胞直接制片法制作了广东鲂(Megalobrama hoffmanni)(?)和团头鲂(Megalobrama amblycephala)(?)及其杂交子一代的染色体。广东鲂、团头鲂和其杂交子一代的染色体数目均为 2n=48,最大的染色体对均在 SM组。广东鲂的染色体组型为26m+18sm+4st,总臂数NF=92;团头鲂的染色体组型为26m+22sm,总臂数NF=96;杂交子一代的染色体组型及总臂数与母本广东鲂的相同。广东鲂和团头鲂的染色体组型较相似,从细胞遗传学的角度解释了广东鲂与团头鲂杂交成功、杂种后代可育的原因。
Chromosomes of Megalobrama hoffmanni (?) And Megalobrama amblycephala (?) And their hybrid generation were prepared by live kidney cell direct production method. The numbers of chromosomes in the two populations were 2n = 48, and the largest pairs of chromosomes were in SM group. The chromosome number of Guangdong 鲂 was 26m + 18sm + 4st, with a total arm number of NF = 92. The chromosome pattern of 团 头 为 was 26m + 22sm with a total arm number of NF = 96. The genotype and total arm number of hybrids were similar to that of female 广the same. The genomes of the head 鲂 of 鲂 and Heibei in Guangdong were similar, which explained the reasons why the hybrid between 鲂 and 头 鲂 广 was successful and the offsprings were fertile from the perspective of cytogenetics.
