为了评价彩超产科应用的安全性,我们运用流式细胞仪技术,采用析因分析的方法,研究诊断剂量彩色多普勒对仔鼠细胞周期的影响。结果:用不同频率(0,2.5,3.5,7.0MHz)彩色多普勒按不同时间(0,10,20,30分钟)辐照孕鼠宫内胚胎后,实验组与对照组之间仔鼠各细胞周期DNA百分含量无显著差异,频率与时间之间的交互作用亦不明显。表明:彩色多普勒7.0MHz及30分钟以内照射不影响仔鼠细胞周期的DNA含量
In order to evaluate the safety of color obstetrical obstetrical applications, we used flow cytometry techniques and factorial analysis to study the effect of diagnostic doses of color Doppler on the cell cycle of young mice.
