目的 了解铜针通电与血管内血栓形成的关系。方法 选用大鼠为实验对象 ,分为腹壁浅静脉组、股静脉组。通电时测定电流 ,通电后观察血管内血栓形成情况和血管及其周围组织形态变化。结果 ① 4V直流电形成血栓时对血管损伤最小 ;②电流随通电时间的延长逐渐下降 ,趋向 0 1mA ;③用相同直径的铜针对不同直径的血管通电后 ,血管内血栓形成时间不同。铜针直径与血管直径相近者 (P >0 0 5 ) ,血栓形成的最短时间为 5 5min ,开始出现血管及其周围组织破坏时间为 10 5min ;铜针直径明显小于血管直径者 (P <0 0 5 ) ,血栓形成的最短时间为 7 5min ,开始出现血管及其周围组织破坏时间为 17 5min。结论 铜针通电对大鼠静脉血栓形成的最佳条件 :通电电压为 4V直流电 ,血栓形成的时间段为 5 5~ 10 5min或 7 5~ 17 5min。
Objective To understand the relationship between copper needle electrification and intravascular thrombosis. Methods The rats were selected as experimental subjects and divided into superficial veins group and femoral vein group. When the power is on, the current is measured, the blood vessel thrombosis and the changes of the blood vessels and the surrounding tissues are observed after the power is on. Results ① The blood vessel damage was minimal when thrombus was formed by 4V DC; ② The current decreased gradually with the extension of electrification time and tended to 0 1mA; ③ The time of intravascular thrombosis was different after the same diameter copper was applied to the vessels with different diameters. The diameter of the copper needles was similar to the diameter of the vessels (P> 0.05), the shortest time of thrombosis was 55 min, the destruction time of the vessels and surrounding tissues was 105 min, and the diameter of copper needles was significantly smaller than that of the vessels (P <0 05) 0 5). The shortest time for thrombosis was 7.5 min, and the time of vascularization and its surrounding tissue destruction was 17 5 min. Conclusion The best condition of venous thrombosis of rats after electroporation of copper needles is that the electrification voltage is 4V DC, the time period of thrombosis is 5 5 ~ 10 5min or 7 5 ~ 17 5min.
