本文将“效能”概念进入教育领域,“培养效能”作为教育培养结果的呈现,是衡量一个学校、一个专业办学业绩的根本标准。以琼台师专语文教育专业为例,通过对近两年该专业培养效能的调研和分析,发现原有课程体系中存在课程学科化重、实践课程不够以及素养养成教育欠缺等问题,并遵循国家教育政策和教育规律来重构课程体系,使之更富科学性、专业性和实践性。
This paper introduces the concept of “efficiency” into the field of education, and “training effectiveness” as a result of education and training is a fundamental standard to measure the performance of a school and a professional school. Taking the specialty education of Qiongtai Teachers College as an example, through the investigation and analysis of the training effectiveness of the specialty in the past two years, we find that there are some problems in the original curriculum system, such as the subject discipline is too heavy, the practice course is not enough, and the education of accomplishment cultivation is deficient. Follow the national educational policy and education rules to rebuild the curriculum system to make it more scientific, professional and practical.
