The Mawangdui Han Tombs in Changsha was one of the major archeological discoveries in China in the 20th century. The three tombs were large in size and the coffins buried in the ground were complicated in structure. In particular, the tomb No.1 and No.3 were also spared harassment in the tomb. The spatial layout in the tomb basically maintained the status quo at that time, It provides very valuable information for studying the funeral rituals in the Western Han Dynasty. Therefore, on the basis of the former Kenichi Hirakata, this article takes the funerary objects in the north side of the first tombs as an example, classifying them as part of the tombs, combing and analyzing them categorically and trying to elaborate the symbolic meaning of the funerary objects, The discussion focuses on the composition of funerary objects and the characteristics of space creation. At the same time, it also makes an investigation of its origins, and seeks to widen the research horizon and scope of Mawangdui Han Tombs in order to seek positive results for everyone.
