一、背景与目的“每一所学校都蕴含着新课程的生长点”(付道春语)。我们吴家山一小是市“十五”重点课题“小学生素质等级评价研究”的实验学校,为建立促进学生全面发展的评价体系,做了一些有益的探索和尝试。实践中,我们认识到,小学生的学习评价由百分制改为等级制,有利于转变小学教师的教育思想和观念,引导教师树立正确的学生观、人才观、质量关;有利于淡化小学考试的选拔功能,缓解考试压力,减轻学生和教师的过重心
