我科自1979～1983年对32例32眼慢性泪囊炎患者施行聚乙烯管植入术。随访1～4年,效果良好,报告于下,供参考。一、植管的制作方法:将外径2mm,内径1.5mm的聚乙烯管(头皮针输液管)剪成长26～28mm,一端加热拡制成喇叭型直径约3～5mm,另端两侧壁作2个直径1mm小洞。二、手术方法:按泪囊摘除术式暴露泪囊前壁,不剪断内眦韧带,在前壁正中垂直切开约4mm。用探针探通鼻泪管后将备好的植管插入,喇叭型口在泪囊腔下部。从管
