“神思”作为中国古代艺术创作论的重要范畴之一,指谓文学与艺术创作中构思、艺术想象、灵感、审美意象及其产生等整体过程。艺术媒介指艺术家在艺术创作中凭借特定的物质性材料,将内在的艺术构思外化为具有独创性的艺术品的符号体系。艺术媒介对于艺术各门类的表现及存在方式来说,是不可须臾离开的基本要素。文学(诗)的媒介是语言,与其他门类艺术的媒介相比,语言显然不具备如雕刻、绘画那样的直观性,但仍是客观的物性的存在。文学(诗)借助语言描绘具有内在视觉性质的意象整体,并成为审美客体。“神思”论则通篇论述了文学家的内部语言是如何创造意象的。 As one of the important categories of ancient Chinese art creation theory, “God Thought” refers to the whole process of conception, artistic imagination, inspiration, aesthetic image and its production in literature and art creation.
