本文以钴粉和锰粉为原料分别制备了不同钴锰比例的钴锰合金磷酸根离子敏感电极。结果表明,当钴锰比(w/w)为9:1时,钴锰合金磷酸根离子敏感电极对磷酸根响应斜率为30mV/dec.,线性响应范围为10~(-4)~10~(-1)mol·L~(-1),检测下限为2×10~(-5)mol·L~(-1)。电极对常见离子NO_3~-、SO_4~(-2)、Br~-、OAc~-和Cl~-的选择性系数分别为5.5×10~(-2)、2.5×10~(-2)、1.5×10~(-2)、1.0×10~(-2)和1.2×10~(-2)。本文对Co—Mn合金制备磷酸根离子敏感电极的响应机理进行了初步探讨。
In this paper, different cobalt and manganese cobalt-manganese alloy phosphate ion-sensitive electrodes were prepared using cobalt powder and manganese powder as raw materials. The results showed that the slope of response to phosphate was about 30mV / dec at a cobalt / manganese ratio of 9: 1 and the linear response range was 10 ~ (-4) ~ 10 ~ (-1) mol·L -1, the detection limit was 2 × 10 -5 mol·L -1. The selectivity coefficients of electrode for common ions NO_3 ~ -, SO_4 ~ (-2), Br ~ -, OAc ~ - and Cl ~ - were 5.5 × 10 -2, 2.5 × 10 -2, 1.5 × 10 -2, 1.0 × 10 -2 and 1.2 × 10 -2. In this paper, the reaction mechanism of Co-Mn alloy preparation of phosphate ion-sensitive electrode was discussed.
