借鉴经济收敛理论,基于空间分析和门槛面板回归模型,根据中国区域1998—2008年的省际专利创新数据,研究了中国区域创新敛散性问题。空间分析结果表明,中国区域研发创新存在着较强的空间相关性。在利用空间过滤技术消除样本数据的空间相关性后,门槛面板回归模型估计结果表明,中国区域创新存在绝对收敛和条件收敛共存的特性;以区域科学家工程师人数占区域科技活动人数的比例来表示的区域R&D人力资本大约等于0.568 0和0.582 9为门槛,中国区域创新存在着三大俱乐部收敛现象。
Based on the theory of economic convergence, based on spatial analysis and threshold panel regression model, this paper studies the convergence and divergence of regional innovation in China based on the 1998-2008 provincial innovation data in China. Spatial analysis shows that there is a strong spatial correlation between R & D and innovation in China. After using the spatial filtering technique to eliminate the spatial correlation of the sample data, the threshold panel regression model estimation results show that the regional innovation in China has the characteristics of both absolute convergence and conditional convergence. Based on the ratio of the number of regional scientists to the number of science and technology activities in the region Regional R & D human capital is about equal to 0.568 0 and 0.582 9 as a threshold, there are three major regional convergence in China’s clubs convergence.
