本文由双斜面弹簧度盘秤的受力平衡方程导出该秤的六值误差与热双金属补偿、弹簧刚度的数学模型,并结合国内情况予以分析。文中还提出重力加速度的不同所带来误差的性质和补偿方法。这对该秤生产、设计的改进和提高提供了理论基础,相信会对双斜面弹簧度盘秤的质量提高起到促进作用。
This paper derives the six-value error of the scale and the mathematical model of thermal bimetallic compensation and spring stiffness from the mechanical balance equation of the double bevel spring disk scale, and analyzes it according to the domestic situation. The paper also proposed the nature of the error caused by the different acceleration of gravity and the compensation method. This provides a theoretical basis for the improvement and improvement of the scale production and design, and is believed to contribute to the improvement of the quality of the double bevel spring scale.
