为了探索酸雨对水稻种子萌发时能量代谢的动态影响,以pH 2.5、4.0的模拟酸雨处理水稻(宁粳1号)种子,研究酸雨胁迫对水稻种子呼吸速率,CAT(过氧化氢酶)活性,线粒体蛋白与ATP含量及能荷(EC)的动态影响。结果显示酸雨持续胁迫7 d,随时间延长,酸雨胁迫下各指标均发生变化:种子呼吸作用先升后降,在第4天达到呼吸顶峰;CAT活性和线粒体蛋白含量均呈上升趋势最后趋于平稳;ATP含量及EC水平先急剧上升,第5天达到最高值后有所下降。
In order to explore the dynamic effects of acid rain on the energy metabolism of rice seed germination, the seeds of rice (Ningjing 1) were treated with simulated acid rain of pH 2.5 and pH 4.0 to study the effects of acid rain stress on the respiration rate, CAT (catalase) activity, Dynamic effects of mitochondrial protein, ATP content and energy charge (EC).
