本文报告７例植入性虹膜囊肿用氢激光治疗，其中４例囊肿壁与角膜粘连者，在这无色素的粘连部位加用ＹＡＧ激光照射。全组平均随访１３．６月，仅１例复发。文内讨论了激光的光源选择，合适的脉冲时间，照射的顺序等问题。
This article reports 7 cases of implantable iris cysts treated with hydrogen laser, including 4 cases of cyst wall and corneal adhesions, in this pigmented adhesions plus YAG laser irradiation. The whole group was followed up for an average of 13.6 months, only 1 case of recurrence. The article discusses the laser light source selection, the appropriate pulse time, the order of irradiation and other issues.
