The interdiffusion behavior of W coating with Mo alloy at 1 600 ℃ was studied, two kinds of samples, polycrystal Mo with polycrystal W layer and monocrystal Mo-3Nb with monocrystal W layer, were annealed at 1 600 ℃ for 300-5 000 hours, the W layers were developed by CVD method. After the experiment, the samples were grinded, polished and muti-step etched, after that the samples were studied and characterized by SEM and EPMA.
