以数控机床镶钢导轨板60Si2Mn钢为对象,采用淬火+回火的热处理方法对导轨板进行热处理,研究了最佳热处理制度下导轨板在不同温度下的力学性能。结果表明,870℃油淬+480℃回火是镶钢导轨板适宜的热处理制度,较热处理前的镶钢导轨板的抗拉强度和屈服强度都有较大提升,而断后伸长率和断面收缩率略有降低。当试样加热温度为23~400℃时,随着试样温度的升高,屈服强度和抗拉强度都逐渐降低,而断后伸长率和断面收缩率都逐渐升高。
Taking the 60Si2Mn steel as the guide plate of the CNC machine tool, the guide plate was heat-treated by the heat treatment of quenching and tempering, and the mechanical properties of the guide plate under different temperature conditions were studied. The results show that the oil quenching at 870 ℃ and tempering at 480 ℃ are the suitable heat treatment systems for the steel guide rail. The tensile strength and yield strength of the steel guide rail plate before the heat treatment are greatly improved, while the elongation at break and the cross section Shrinkage slightly reduced. When the sample heating temperature is 23 ~ 400 ℃, the yield strength and tensile strength decrease gradually with the increase of the sample temperature, while the elongation at break and the reduction of area are gradually increased.
