针对板形板厚控制的耦合问题,结合 1700 mm热连轧机实际控制系统,建立了板形板 厚耦合控制对象的数学模型.采用 Bristol-Shinsky相对增益分析表明, 1700 mm热连轧机的板 形板厚耦合效果明显,严重影响高质量带钢生产,必须进行解耦设计.
Aiming at the coupling problem of the plate thickness control and the actual control system of the 1700 mm hot strip mill, the mathematical model of the plate thickness control is established. Using Bristol-Shinsky’s relative gain analysis, it is shown that the plate thickness coupling effect of the 1700 mm hot strip mill is significant, which seriously affects the production of high quality strip steel and must be decoupled.
