以小鼠可移植性实体型S180为模型,CP为阳性对照,通过125I-udR标记肿瘤细胞DNA释放试验,观察了SAW直接体内注射对该带瘤小鼠的免疫疗效、腹腔巨噬细胞细胞毒和脾脏NK细胞细胞毒活性的影响。结果表明SAW能明显增强带瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞细胞毒和NK细胞细胞毒活性,这与SAW的抗肿瘤效应呈一致关系。结果提示SAW体内注射的抗肿瘤机制与其增强巨噬细胞细胞毒和NK细胞细胞毒活性有关。
A mouse transplantable solid model S180 was used as a positive control, and a 125I-udR-labeled tumor cell DNA release assay was used to observe the effect of direct injection of SAW in vivo on the tumor-bearing mice and peritoneal macrophage cytotoxicity. And spleen NK cell cytotoxic activity. The results showed that SAW can significantly enhance the cytotoxicity of tumor-bearing mice’s peritoneal macrophages cytotoxicity and NK cell cytotoxicity, which is consistent with the anti-tumor effect of SAW. The results suggest that the anti-tumor mechanism of SAW in vivo injection is related to its enhancement of macrophage cytotoxicity and cytotoxic activity of NK cells.
