话题背景日前,建设部出台文件,规定以后新建住房将一次装修到位。北京市建委也提出,从今年起,北京不再建“毛坯房”。建设单位或开发企业提供住宅装饰样板间等“菜单式”装修服务方式,供消费者在购房时提前选定。这样,居民拿到新房钥匙就可以直接乔迁了。各个方面对北京市建委的这一政策众说纷纭。但有关部门强调,到目前为止,取消毛坯房,实行新建住宅一次装修到位还是一个初步的工作设想,不久将协同有关部门研讨制定具体的实施办法。现在市场上则是二者并立的局面,分别以各自的优势占据着不同的市场份额,又因各有各的优点而无法互相取代。
