对厚壁小径管常规超声工艺方法进行改进,采用超声爬波检测法对焊缝上部区域进行检测,横波一次波进行中下部检测,并对横波检测根部未焊透波型分析给出经验数据,避免检测中遗漏未焊透缺陷。检验结果表明:普通横波结合爬波检测厚壁小径管检测效果较好,能满足工业应用的需求。
The ultrasonic method of thick-walled small-diameter pipe was improved. Ultrasonic climbing wave detection method was used to inspect the upper region of weld seam, the middle and lower detection of shear wave primary wave and the empirical data were given for the analysis of unwounded wave pattern of transverse wave detection root. Avoiding undetected imperfections in testing. The test results show that the common transverse wave combined with creeping wave detection is better than the thick-walled small diameter tube and can meet the needs of industrial applications.
