在改革、开放、搞活经济的大好形势下,大连海洋渔业公司科协,根据上级科协与财政部门关于开展科技咨询服务活动的精神和要求,于1984年9月建立了科技咨询服务分部。分部由公司科协领导,属大连市科技咨询服务中心一个分支机构。一年来,分部坚持以业余服务为主的原则,组织公司各专业科技人员在公司内外开展了各种技术咨询服务活动(有时少部分外单位科技人员也参与活动)。1985年1～9月,这个分部先后鉴定了技术咨询服务合同17个,内容包括渔船设计、船舶机构改
Under the good situation of reform, opening up and invigorating the economy, Dalian Marine Fishery Association of Science and Technology established the Scientific and Technological Advisory Services Division in September 1984, in accordance with the spirit and requirements of the Association for Science and Technology and the Ministry of Finance on carrying out scientific and technological advisory services activities. Division led by the Association for Science and Technology, is a branch of Dalian Science and Technology Advisory Service Center. In the past year, the branch insisted on the principle of amateur service, and organized all professional scientific and technical personnel in the company to carry out various technical advisory service activities both inside and outside the company (sometimes a few outside units of scientific and technical personnel also participated in the activity).
