分别采用固-固、液-固和液-液掺杂方式向钼粉中引入A12O3,然后用粉末冶金法制备出掺杂钼粉,经压制、烧结制成A12O3颗粒增强钼基复合材料。对掺杂钼粉及钼坯进行SEM形貌观察,并测定复合材料的密度和显微硬度。结果表明,液-液掺杂能够制备出粉末颗粒小、密度及硬度高的Al2O3/Mo复合材料,其掺杂A12O3颗粒细小且分布较均匀。
A12O3 was introduced into the molybdenum powder by solid-solid, liquid-solid and liquid-liquid doping methods respectively. Then molybdenum powder was prepared by powder metallurgy method, and then pressed and sintered to obtain A12O3 particle reinforced molybdenum matrix composites. The morphology of the molybdenum powder and the molybdenum powder were observed by SEM and the density and microhardness of the composites were measured. The results show that liquid-liquid doping can prepare Al2O3 / Mo composite with small powder, high density and high hardness. The doping A12O3 particles are fine and distributed uniformly.
