本文报告１０７例营养性巨幼细胞性贫血（ＮＭＡ）患者的骨髓涂片中铁染色的观察，发现其细胞外铁及细胞内铁均明显高于正常人，提示ＮＭＡ患者，铁不缺乏，铁代谢正常。
This article reports 107 cases of patients with nutritional megaloblastic anemia (NMA) in the bone marrow smear iron staining and found that the extracellular and intracellular iron were significantly higher than normal, suggesting NMA patients, iron deficiency, iron metabolism normal.
